Cape Point Capital Partners, the operator-led private investment firm that acquires and operates family-owned and founder-led businesses with its own capital, today announced the completion of three platform investments in the first half of 2026, each anchoring one of the firm's core verticals.

Defense and security: Sentinel Africa Group. Cape Point formed Sentinel Africa Group, a security services platform headquartered in Cape Town serving clients across Southern Africa. The formation extends the firm's defense and security vertical into markets where demand for professional security services continues to outpace supply.

Healthcare services: management services platform in Central Texas. In June, Cape Point, in collaboration with Haas Capital, formalized a management services agreement supporting Victory Wound Care, a physician-led wound care practice that has served more than 4,000 patients across Central Texas over the past three years. The agreement anchors the firm's healthcare services platform, with the practice remaining physician-led.

Transportation and logistics: the Rock On companies. Also in June, Cape Point, in collaboration with Haas Capital and Horsman Holdings, acquired Rock On Trucks, Rock On Enterprises, and Rock On Repair, the 25-year-old aggregate hauling and heavy haul platform headquartered in Waite Park, Minnesota. The company operates across six states, is expanding in Texas, and is actively hiring Class A and Class B CDL drivers in both Minnesota and Texas.

The half also saw continued momentum in the firm's ecommerce vertical, where Cape Point's in-house growth engine launched a new ecommerce platform in early 2026 that has reached an eight-figure annualized run rate in its first six months of operation. The platform is operating in stealth and will be announced separately.

Three platforms in three verticals in six months is what our model is built for. We are not raising a fund and we are not on anyone's clock. We buy businesses we understand, keep the people who built them, and put our own operating team behind them.
