Cape Point Capital Partners, in Collaboration with Haas Capital, Announces Management Services Agreement Supporting Victory Wound Care in the Austin Market

Cape Point Capital Partners, in collaboration with Haas Capital, today announced the execution of a new Management Services Agreement (MSA) supporting the in-home wound care practice operating as Victory Wound Care in the Austin market. Through the MSA, Cape Point's management services organization (MSO) provides non-clinical operational support to the practice. The clinical practice is owned and controlled by its licensed clinicians, who retain full and independent authority over all medical and clinical decisions.

Under the MSA structure, the physician-led practice retains complete medical autonomy. The MSO is responsible only for non-clinical business functions, which may include revenue cycle management, administrative compliance support, technology, facilities, and general business administration. The arrangement is designed to let the practice's clinicians focus on patient care while the MSO supports the administrative infrastructure behind in-home wound care.

The practice has served more than 4,000 patients over the past three years across the Austin metro and Central Texas. It operates with a clinical team of 20+ full-time professionals and has grown primarily through referral-driven patient relationships with primary care physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies across the region.

As Cape Point's management services platform for in-home wound care, the MSO is positioned to support the practice's clinicians as they extend their in-home care model into additional Texas markets and select new geographies. The MSA formalizes the operating support structure intended to enable that growth.
