Cape Point Capital Partners, in collaboration with Haas Capital and Horsman Holdings, today announced the completed acquisition of the Rock On family of companies, comprising Rock On Trucks, Rock On Enterprises, and Rock On Repair. The combined platform operates 180+ heavy trucks serving aggregate hauling, bulk materials, and heavy services customers across Minnesota, Texas, and the broader Midwest.

Founded 25 years ago and headquartered in Central Minnesota, Rock On Trucks is one of the most recognized names in Midwest heavy hauling. Generations of drivers, customers, and community members associate the Rock On brand with reliability, longevity, and operating excellence. The company serves construction, infrastructure, energy, and aggregates customers across multiple US markets, with deep customer relationships that span the full quarter-century of the business's history.

Rock On's public presence in the community is anchored by the company's fleet of memorial tribute trucks, custom-wrapped vehicles honoring American veterans, firefighters, the 101st Airborne Division, and Vietnam veterans. The tribute trucks travel alongside the company's working fleet and have become a visible and meaningful part of community parades, veteran appreciation events, and remembrance ceremonies across Minnesota and beyond. The tribute program reflects a long-standing commitment by Rock On ownership and drivers to give back to first responders, military families, and the communities the company calls home.

Rock On Enterprises operates as the platform's commercial and operational entity. Rock On Repair runs a state-of-the-art heavy truck service and maintenance facility in Waite Park, Minnesota, bringing full Class 8 truck and trailer maintenance in-house for the Rock On fleet and serving third-party fleet customers across Central Minnesota.

The Waite Park HQ and Rock On Repair facility represent one of the most capable heavy truck service operations in the region:

  • Multi-bay heavy-duty service center engineered for Class 8 trucks and trailers
  • Full mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air system service
  • Onsite welding, fabrication, and brake service
  • DOT inspection and federally certified annual inspections
  • Dedicated tire, alignment, and suspension center
  • Onsite parts inventory with rapid-turnaround scheduling

Under the new ownership group, Cape Point Capital, Haas Capital, and Horsman Holdings will partner with the existing Rock On management team to aggressively scale the platform. Plans include expanding fleet capacity, deepening service offerings, broadening the geographic footprint into adjacent Midwest markets, and leveraging the combined investor group's customer relationships across construction, infrastructure, aggregates, and energy. Cape Point contributes operational expertise alongside Haas Capital's operational depth and Horsman Holdings' patient family-office capital, giving the platform the resources to execute a meaningful growth plan without disrupting the operating cadence and community standing that built the business.

The transaction reflects Cape Point's continued focus on partnering with operator-led platforms in industrial services and committing long-term operating support to scale them. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rock On is exactly the kind of platform we look for: real operators who have built something of consequence over 25 years, with a service footprint, asset base, and community reputation that you cannot manufacture. The tribute trucks alone tell you what kind of company this is. Cape Point is bringing operational expertise to the platform alongside Haas Capital and Horsman Holdings, who are providing the capital and relationships to take Rock On to the next level while protecting everything that makes it special.
