Cape Point Capital Partners Exits Pick Pack Print Following Successful Platform Build
Vertically integrated UV printing and 3PL platform, built through two consolidating acquisitions plus bolt-on capabilities, sold to strategic acquirer.

Cape Point Capital Partners today announced the successful exit of Pick Pack Print to a strategic acquirer. The company served as Cape Point's platform investment in UV printing and 3PL (third-party logistics) services, and the exit marks the conclusion of a multi-acquisition platform build that consolidated two independent fulfillment operations into a single vertically integrated facility.
Pick Pack Print was built by acquiring two 3PL businesses, consolidating them into a single facility in Norcross, Georgia, and layering in bolt-on capabilities including UV printing and an in-house brand portfolio. At peak, the facility comprised 24,000 square feet of warehousing, fulfillment, and printing space, and employed approximately 40 full-time professionals.
Under Cape Point's ownership, the platform was rebuilt around throughput discipline, vertical integration, and customer concentration risk reduction. The company served direct-to-consumer brands across multiple categories with same-day pick-pack-ship execution and on-site UV printing for personalized and custom product fulfillment.
The exit reflects Cape Point's full-lifecycle execution model: source under-the-radar opportunities, consolidate them into operating platforms, build real margin and service depth, and exit to a strategic acquirer better positioned to operate at the next scale tier. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Pick Pack Print is exactly the kind of platform we are built to create. We bought two 3PL operations that individually struggled, combined them under one roof, layered in UV printing as a higher-margin service, and brought in DTC brands that gave the facility predictable throughput. By the time we exited, the facility had real strategic value to the buyer. That is the playbook.”
